Works with the tools you already use.

LotOwl takes leads from the sites you already list on, answers buyers where they write, and sends everything into your CRM. Nothing new for your team to learn.

Setup questions

What happens on the setup call, and what changes for you after it. Something else? Talk to us.

What do I have to set up?

Nothing. On the setup call we add your LotOwl lead address to each of your lead sources and your CRM with you, then send a test lead to check it arrives.

Do I still get my leads?

Yes. LotOwl's address sits next to the inbox you use now, so you still see every lead like before. The owl answers it too.

What if a buyer asks on two sites?

If the same buyer asks again within 30 days, from another site or another form, it stays one conversation. The owl doesn't answer them twice.

Do all website forms work?

Forms that send ADF lead emails do, and most dealer website platforms can. Forms that send a plain email aren't read yet. Tell us your website provider and we'll check.

Don't see yours?

Tell us what you use and we'll check it before you sign up. Systems that send or take ADF lead emails, the standard format most dealer software uses, are the easiest to connect.
